Working Bee - SUNDAY
There will be a working bee this weekend to get the track limed.
Many hands make light work, so it would be great to see you there on Sunday from 10am to lend a hand.
Sorry for the late notice for the Working Bee, but the lime supply had to be confirmed first. In future, we will be trying to 'program' the Working Bees so that we all have a bit more notice.
Central Region Winter Series
The Winter series is a great way for the Central Region clubs to get together for some inter club rivalry.
Tauranga had their meet last weekend, so that leaves Gisborne, Hawkes Bay, Rotorua and ours to come.
Gisborne - June 28th
Rotorua - July 19th
Hawkes Bay - August 16th
Taupo - September 6th
It’s our turn on on Sunday September 6th to host the Taupo Round of the series and also the final. It would be great to have as many of our riders be there including striders/tabletoppers to take part. You need to have a club licence to take part. Taupo Half Marathon - Volunteers Needed
Taupo Half Marathon will be held in Taupo on Saturday 1 August 2015. Check out http://taupohalfmarathon.org.nz for details.
Taupo BMX Club has been asked to provide volunteers to help marshall around the event course. The event will be held regardless of weather.
You will need to be available from 8.30am till about 1.30pm. Some will finish earlier, however it is expected that the event will not run longer than 2pm.

Opportunities like these bring funds back into the club so that we can continue to provide a quality venue for all to enjoy!
BMX Returns
BMX will resume on the 5th of July for Winter. This means a shift to Sundays. Registration will be from 12.30pm with racing at 1pm.
NOTE that we will not hold racing on the Winter Series dates of: June 28th, July 19th or August 16th. We would like to see all Taupo riders take part in the Winter Series at the other clubs. See above for details.
