Well done to the 20 odd riders who travelled to Whangarei over Labour weekend to take part in the 2017 BMXNZ North Island Titles.
Taupo did well with Zara, Kevin, Matt, Steve and the entire Sargison family, Jono, Bennett, Kylie and Scott all ending up with podium finishes - 8 in all for Taupo.
Logan Hirst competed in the BMXNZ UCI North Island Classic on the Saturday. Racing with NZ’s other top riders, he narrowly missed out on a podium, settling for 4th.
